Location Hire

The Jointure Studios can be hired as a photographic and film location. It is an unusual property: the front studio is open to the eaves with brick walls in a neutral colour, bleached woodblock floor, generous east and north natural light, and an upper balcony. Behind this is a second studio which has been converted to create a light and spacious living space looking out on to the garden. This room, again, is decorated in creamy  neutral colours with bleached floors, high ceilings, large windows and dramatic oak staircase. From the rooms upstairs there are fine views to the South Downs. The garden has formal lawns, terraces, old apple tree, majestically hedged courtyard and wooded area.

The property is within one and a half hours from London via M25/M23 or by train. There is private parking and immediate access to the road for unloading.
